PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (Sarihusada) - is a company that produces a variety of nutritional products for pregnant and lactating mothers and children with good taste and affordable as well as with international standard and Sarihusada has been operating in Indonesia since 1954 as a tangible manifestation of National Protein Sufficiency Program held by Indonesian government and the United Nations (UN).

Sarihusada is part of Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition and a nutrition company which is spread across several countries in the world with over 100 years of experience providing the best nutrition for baby and Supported by more than 400 scientists and Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition has conducted 263 research and produced 147 innovations related to breastfeeding and early life nutrition.

Today Sarihusada houses more than 1,000 employees throughout Indonesia and operates production facilities in the region of Yogyakarta and Klaten and Central Java to produce a variety of products such as milk growth Sarihusada SGM or SGM Mother and Lactamil.

Currently we are looking for a bright talent and achiever individual to strengthen our Marketing function as: 

Strategic and Insight Staff - Jakarta

Role and Responsibilities

·         Mainly is to support Consumer Insight role in conducting ad hoc study & analysis to answer business question.

·         Supporting Business Insight role in monitoring brand performance (market share or brand health track and competitor activities) & provide actionable learning.

·         Support Sr. S&I manager in conducting consumer studies on innovation and communication etc  and HCP study.

·         Manage day to day process of brand health tracking.

·         Support Business Insight manager on monthly retail audit reporting or home panel and competitive analysis etc.

·         Provide ad hoc analysis using existing tool to answer business issue.

Requirements

·         Has a min. S1 degree from any discipline / major (fresh graduate or working experience are welcome).

·         Comfortable to deal with numbers & get good sense of data logic.

·         Fluent in English both oral and written.

·         Have excellent skill in operating MS Office.

·         Strong leadership -  self-confidence - good communication skill -  responsible -  highly motivated and able to work in a team.
